We have the capacity to offer a fully integrated mining services solution from first stage exploration drilling to delivery of ore to the mill.
This means we have the capacity to work across all facets of your project delivering greater management and communication efficiencies, identification and faster implementation of improvements or changes and a flexible, coordinated approach to ensuring the program remains on schedule.
Young & Expanding Fleet
Our company operates one of the youngest rig fleets in the industry, while our Heavy Mining Equipment fleet is rapidly growing and now includes834, D9 and D10T bulldozers, 785 and 777dump trucks and 330, 340, 390, 395, 6020 and 6040 excavators.
Our fleet has a reputation for its quality and reliability as a result of regular maintenance and upgrades. Our equipment is also fitted with the latest technologies for enhanced efficiency, safety and data collection.

Our maintenance teams provide a fleet you can rely on by focusing on preventative maintenance and optimising the asset’s performance.
We provide our clients with a consistently high availability averaging 85% or above.
Global Experience
We have operational capability in key mining regions globally with well-established facilities to support our clients and their projects.
Our support centres include warehouses holding substantial inventories, workshop facilities for maintenance and rebuilds and administrative and finance support functions.
Our assay laboratory business, MSALABS, has a rapidly growing network of more than 25 laboratories and franchises worldwide, ensuring lead times and transit costs are minimised for clients.

Creating Career Opportunities
Our apprenticeship program provides our National employees with the opportunity to travel to Australia to complete internationally recognised qualifications that will provide further career opportunities - not just in their home countries but across Africa and around the world.
This initiative forms part of Capital Limited’s ongoing strategy to provide considerable training and professional development opportunities for its national employee workforce.
Developing Internationally Recognised Skills
At Capital, we have a long history of providing professional development and training for our national employees. To facilitate an improvement in the standards of training available to our team and broader industry sectorsacross Africa, we have developed a joint venture partnership with Tanzanian-based International Apprenticeship and Competency Academy Limited (IACA).
IACA is establishing industry training facilities in mining and other industry sectors that will support skills development to internationally recognised standards, providing long-term employment benefits for Africans. IACA is the first training provider in Tanzania to deliver internationally accredited programs, enabling us to continue to upskill our employees to the highest global standards.
APPRENTICESHIP AND TECHNICAL TRADE QUALIFICATIONS
IACA will offer apprenticeship programs and accreditation for Levels 1-3 Technical Trades qualifications at its network of technical training centres, currently proposed for Mwanza, Moshi and Dar es Salaam. Apprenticeships will initially be provided in the areas of Fitting and Turning, Mechanical Maintenance (Heavy Duty), Electrical Maintenance, Auto-Electrical and Fabrication and Welding.
Additionally, trade and knowledge tests will be provided for Levels 2 and 3 across the apprenticeship programme and for Scaffolding, Rigging, Electrical Maintenance, Non-Destructive Testing, Plating, Steel Erection and Instrumentation.
INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNISED ACCREDITATION
Courses offered by IACA will be accredited by the Engineering, Construction, Industry Training Board (ECITB) UK under its partnership with Safety Works. This will provide graduates with an internationally recognised trade skill and international standard competency levels, allowing Tanzanians to participate in significantly broader employment opportunities both within Tanzania and abroad.
Courses will also be accredited by the Tanzanian regulator, namely National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) and Vocational Education Training Authority (VETA).
Importantly, these centres will also offer skills assessment of the prior learnings of thousands of existing Tanzanian trades people.
BROAD INDUSTRY SECTORS
While the mining sector will be a key focus for IACA, it will also target the oil and gas, energy, telecoms and agriculture industries, providing a wider industry scope for Tanzanians to develop recognised qualifications.
