I don´t know, but I looked up the word “stingy” in Macmillian Dictionary (American) and there are synonyms and related Words : frugal, open (= cca open-fited), mean, tight, …

Check “mean” as an entry (adjective). I’m pretty sure that the dictionary will mention that it’s a British term.

Great lesson, but I think you can save more money if you walk instead of take a bike or public transportation jajaja.

There is another usual expredsson here in Brazil meaning the same thing: “pão-duro”, literally: “hard-bread”.

A really way to save money is to pay with any debet card that has an option “cash back” and the card must be served by your employer. I have that and every month get some money back. Even whether it is 5 rubles. :)

I brown bag it each day that’s why I’m in tip-top shape. I feel healthy. I never go out for breakfast or dinner. I always make food at home.

But I’m not penny pincher. I always buy new stuff from shops. I never wait for sales or dicounts.
I can say. It’s something like a my bad habbit. I guess. But I don’t care.:)
